Hotel Cocoon Ostend

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. We enjoyed the convenience of having an underground parking lot nearby, making it easy for us to explore the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us, whether it was at the reception or in the dining area. Speaking of the room, it was immaculate and cozy, equipped with everything we needed including a kettle, coffee machine, and mini-fridge. our experience here was comfortable and enhanced by the hotel's excellent service and attention to cleanliness.

The bathroom was modern and spacious, with a great shower. The big bed was comfortable and the room had nice decorations. There was plenty of cupboard space and a little fridge available. The big TV had a lot of channels to choose from. We loved that the hotel was extremely close to the beach and the city center.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is right next to the beach. You can easily access the seaside and enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy interiors and large beds. The friendly staff provides great service and is always ready to assist you. The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. From a make-your-own granola mix to a full English breakfast, you will find something to satisfy your cravings. This hotel truly provides a luxurious experience.

Almost perfect.

During our stay at Hotel Cocoon, we encountered a small issue with the TV in our room. However, the staff at the reception swiftly intervened and offered us a room change. Their prompt response and willingness to accommodate our needs impressed us greatly.

I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and helpful staff. Despite the minor issue, our experience at Hotel Cocoon was pleasant, and we would consider staying there again in the future.
